Do I need prior experience?No prior programming experience is necessary to join our hackathon. We welcome participants with diverse skills, including marketing and design. Collaborating with others to form teams that complement each other's strengths is encouraged.
Who can participate?Any Canadian high school student is eligible to participate.
How much does it cost?Our hackathon is entirely free of charge!
What if I don't have a team?If you don't have a team, don't worry; there will be an opportunity to find a team at the beginning of the event.
What do I need to bring?All you need to bring is a laptop and a charger!
What is a hackathon?A hackathon is a time-limited event where teams of 1-4 participants come together to collaboratively create a coded, innovative solution or project related to a specific theme.
What is the theme of this year's hackathon?The theme will be unveiled during the opening ceremony.
